How does selling with you work?

We sell your items on consignment in our shop and online. Once sold, we take a commission based on the item value. If it doesn’t sell, we donate it to charity if not collected within timeframe given.

How much commission do you take?

Commission is taken from the final selling price as follows:

• All items – 50% seller / 50% Georgie’s Dress Agency (unless otherwise agreed).

Do you buy items outright?

Occasionally, but most items are taken on consignment.

What items do you accept?

Designer and premium high street fashion in excellent, clean condition. We do not accept creased or unprepared items.

Do I need an appointment to bring items?

Appointments are needed. Please call us or message through our socials.

Do you accept all sizes?

Yes, we accept all sizes and focus on style and condition.

How long do you keep items for sale?

Around 6 weeks. Unsold items are donated unless collected in agreed timeframe.

Do you sell men’s items?

No.

What happens if my items don’t sell?

Items must be collected by the date on your receipt. Items not collected will be donated to charity.

Do you inform me when items sell?

No. We ask you to get in touch on your collection date which is stated on your receipt.

Can I reclaim my items?

Yes, anytime before they're sold. Contact us first so we can delist them.

How do I get paid?

We pay out in cash, in store. Bank transfer can be arranged for payouts over £50.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds and exchanges are not offered. This does not affect your statutory rights as the items are second hand.

Can I buy online?

Yes. Delivery is £3.95 or you can collect in store for free.

Are items authentic?

Yes. Fake items are not accepted.

Will you authenticate items not for sale?

No we do not offer this service.

Are my items insured?

No, items are not insured. Items left with us are left at owners own risk.
